Established to provide banking services for
employees of Lucas County an the City of Toledo

Toledo Metro Federal Credit Union was established in 1954 as Toledo Metropolitan Credit Union to service Lucas County and The City of Toledo employees’ financial needs. Toledo Metro is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  We have a supervisory committee that works closely with our auditors regarding the day to day operations of the credit union. T.M.F.C.U. moved into our building located at the corner of Adams Street and 13th Street in 1997. We can offer our members more banking services than the previous location allowed.  We are very proud of our achievements and our staff of fourteen looks forward to welcoming our members and servicing their needs.

Toledo Metro provides not only checking and share accounts but also auto loans, signature loans, certificates of deposit, IRA’s, ATM and Debit Cards, Visa credit cards,  Mortgage and Tuition loans.

This financial cooperative exists to provide loan, deposit and transaction sources to its defined membership with a high level of quality and cost efficiency. The services will be provided at a price that will continue the development of adequate reserves and undivided earnings.
