Loan Applications

To better serve our members, we have put loan applications on our web site that can be completed at your convenience. Due to current laws and regulations governing loan institutions, services of this type on the internet are restricted.

To help serve the members of Toledo Metro Federal Credit Union, we have a web page that has a printable loan application. There is one for VISA Card specifically, and a standard loan application.  Print the application of your choice, fill it out, and mail or fax it to the credit union. Our fax number is 242-8550. To speed the proces of your loan application, please be sure it is filled out in it's entirety with signatures and dates of Applicants and Co-Applicants if applicable.

Membership Application

Due to the requirements we are obligated to follow, an actual Membership Application isn't feasible on our web site. However, we have provided a request form that you can complete and mail or fax to us. We will send you a membership packet with all the information you need.
